{"id":1720,"date":"2020-09-25T17:59:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-25T14:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puet.edu.ua\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=1720"},"modified":"2023-02-14T18:01:15","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T16:01:15","slug":"international-conference-quality-and-safety-of-food-and-raw-materials-are-the-problems-of-today","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"http:\/\/puet.edu.ua\/en\/news\/international-conference-quality-and-safety-of-food-and-raw-materials-are-the-problems-of-today\/","title":{"rendered":"International Conference &#8220;Quality and Safety of Food and Raw Materials are the Problems of Today&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 25, 2020, the staff of Poltava University of Economics and Trade led by the Rector of the University, Professor Oleksiy Nestulya took part in the International Conference &#8220;Quality and Safety of Food and Raw Materials are Problems of Today&#8221; dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Lviv University of Trade and Economics Ivan &nbsp;Syrokhman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rector of the University Oleksiy Nestulya took part in the plenary session of the conference and noted long-term fruitful scientific and pedagogical cooperation, development of commodity research, significant scientific and methodological achievements in the field of commodity science, and read the decision of the Academic Council on conferring the title of HONORARY PROFESSOR of Poltava University of Economics and Trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inna Pakhomov, Director of the Institute of Projects and Innovations, and Alina Tkachenko, Director of the Institute of Business and Modern Technologies, joined the plenary session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the conference is to create and strengthen an important area of \u200b\u200bcommodity science and food technology on quality and safety, research and promotion of educational programs in the field of commodity science, food technology and catering. The staff of Poltava University of Economics and Trade has prepared a series of abstracts that will be included in the conference proceedings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Review of European and domestic legislation on organic production (Ph.D. Tkachenko )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience of introduction of European educational courses in the field of food safety in the educational process of free trade through project activities (Ph.D. Pakhomova ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Influence of parotypic factors on the quality of meat and fat products (Dr. Birta, Ph.D. Burgu )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuring microbiological stability in the production of low-alcohol beverages (Ph.D. Goryachova ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varieties of potatoes with medicinal properties (Ph.D. Khmelnitskaya ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Current trends in the development of the market of chocolate products (Ph.D. Tkachenko, Ph.D. Guba, Ph.D. Basova , Ph.D. Kobyshchan ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practical aspects of implementation of food safety system (Rybakova ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main diseases of grapes that affect the quality and safety (Ph.D. Kirichenko, Rachynska , Gnitiy ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are gratefull to our partner &#8211; Lviv University of
