Knowledge Valorization Centre of PUET
The Knowledge Valorization Center PUET (KVC_PUET) was created within the framework of the implementation of the International Grant Project IMPACT-Campus “Knowledge Valorization Centers for Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation” from the Higher Education Initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT HEI Initiative) under the Horizon Europe – Pillar III: Innovative Europe program.

The purpose of the Knowledge Valorization Center (KVC_PUET) is:
Creating an institutional platform for the development of entrepreneurship, technology transfer and interdisciplinary cooperation by implementing modern mechanisms for knowledge valorization, supporting digital transformation and ensuring inclusiveness, which will contribute to the transformation of higher education institutions into active hubs of innovation, sustainable economic growth and digital leadership in accordance with the goals of the EIT HEI Initiative and the strategic priorities of the European Union in the field of sustainable development and digitalization.
Cooperation between KVC_PUET and its partners focuses on:
- Creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and knowledge valorization;
- Organizing joint trainings, workshops, mentoring, and acceleration programs for students, young entrepreneurs, veterans, their family members, and internally displaced persons;
- Development of joint projects, exchange of experience, and attraction of international financing to strengthen the position of the Poltava region as an innovation-oriented territory with sustainable economic growth;
- Promoting investment attraction and support of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of European integration, in particular in adaptation to EU standards and entry into international markets;
- Increasing the capacity of regional small and medium-sized enterprises, developing a multinational network, and forming a business support ecosystem through the promotion of entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and the valorization of knowledge.

KVC_PUET’s contribution to IMPACT-Campus key indicators
(Phase 1):
Since its establishment, KVC_PUET has directly contributed to achieving key indicators defined within the IMPACT-Campus project.
To date, the Center has achieved the following results:
- 35 students trained;
- 5 academic and five administrative staff trained;
- 10 students, two academic and two administrative staff, provided mentoring support;
- 5 student teams supported in the early stages of startup development;
- 3 regional partnerships established
