Educational and Research Institute of Projects and Advanced Training

The Educational and Research Institute of Projects and Advanced Training is a structural unit of the Higher Educational Institution of the Ukoopspilka University of Economics and Trade “Poltava University of Economics and Trade”, which was created to implement the university’s strategic goals for project and innovation activities, as well as the effective functioning of the system of training and retraining of specialists in various sectors of the economy.

The main tasks of the Educational and Research Institute of Projects and Advanced Training are:

• development of the entrepreneurial direction of the university development, including commercialization of educational and consulting services, patent and licensing activities and activities to develop entrepreneurial activity and initiatives of higher education students;
• attraction of grants, investments, including foreign ones, to the education system in order to use the results of joint activities in the domestic and international markets of high-tech products;
• creating a platform for joint implementation of science, education and business projects;
• creating a system of training and retraining of specialists in the field of innovative entrepreneurship;
• provision of postgraduate education, advanced training of personnel on a contractual basis with individuals and legal entities of all forms of ownership, advanced training of research and teaching staff of higher education institutions, provision of educational services under the program of military training of reserve officers and training of working professions (motor vehicle driver).
