Anhui University Delegation Visited PUET
On June, 22 Poltava University of Economics and Trade was visited by the delegation from Anhui University (China, Hefei). The visit was held in the conduct of cooperation agreement between the universities. Yu Baotao (vice-rector at Anhui University), Jin Baokang (director of the Institute of Chemical Science), Qi Jun (director of International Cooperation and Relation Department), Ding Shiwen (Chinese Director of Confucius Institute at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University) and Wu Luqian (professor of Russian Language Faculty) visited the university. The delegation was accompanied by Anna Yuriieva, the acting director of Confucius Institute at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
The representatives of Anhui University have come to PUET for the fifth time. The reason for such an interest is University’s Cultural and Linguistic Centre of China which has been functioning successfully for seven years and which is the centre of Chinese language and culture in Poltava Region.
During the meeting, the Chinese partners and PUET rector reached agreements on intensifying cooperation between the universities through students and staff academic exchange.
