Bread is the staff of life
For four days in a row in the laboratories of food technology, the capacity of the training and production plant continued hard work on the manufacture of rusks. The result is almost 1000 kg of finished products. At first glance it seems a little. But this is only at first glance. After all, plenty of organizational and technological problems should be solved. And the search for raw materials was the first one. We are grateful to our business partners who not only responded to our request, but also took over all the logistics of delivering bread to the university. So every day 300 kg of raw materials were steadily sent for processing. And then volunteers from not only technological departments, but also from other structural subdivisions of the university joined. They cut bread, laid it out on trays for pre-drying, transferred it to combi ovens, ovens, and stoves, and finally packed it for long-term storage.
