On October 29, 2020 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” the conference “Leaders of the XXI century. Formation of the personality of the charismatic leader on the basis of humanitarian technologies for management of social systems” began its work.

The conference was co-organized by the Institutes of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (pedagogical education and adult education, information technology and teaching aids, problems of education, higher education), higher education institutions of Latvia, Romania, Belarus and Finland. More than 250 scientists from seven countries took part in the conference. Rector of PUET, Professor Oleksiy Nestulya made a report “Followers of a Charismatic Leader” at the conference. Director of the Institute of Leadership of our university, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Svitlana Nestulya presented a report “Didactic principles of leadership formation on the example of the university implementation of the project” Poltava Regional School of Leaders of Student Government”.
