International Conference “Quality and Safety of Food and Raw Materials are the Problems of Today”

On September 25, 2020, the staff of Poltava University of Economics and Trade led by the Rector of the University, Professor Oleksiy Nestulya took part in the International Conference “Quality and Safety of Food and Raw Materials are Problems of Today” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of Lviv University of Trade and Economics Ivan  Syrokhman.

Rector of the University Oleksiy Nestulya took part in the plenary session of the conference and noted long-term fruitful scientific and pedagogical cooperation, development of commodity research, significant scientific and methodological achievements in the field of commodity science, and read the decision of the Academic Council on conferring the title of HONORARY PROFESSOR of Poltava University of Economics and Trade.

Inna Pakhomov, Director of the Institute of Projects and Innovations, and Alina Tkachenko, Director of the Institute of Business and Modern Technologies, joined the plenary session.

The purpose of the conference is to create and strengthen an important area of ​​commodity science and food technology on quality and safety, research and promotion of educational programs in the field of commodity science, food technology and catering.
