Lecture by professional from Norway for PUET students

September 8, 2014 Higher Educational Institution of Ukoopspilka “Poltava University of Economics and Trade” was third time visited by a professional in the field of human resources management Olaf Saxegaard (Norway) with a lecture on “Organizational culture”.

Language of the lecture English. It was given to students majoring in HR Management and Labour Economics and Tourism.

It was about the structure and content of organizational culture, analytical approach to organizational culture and its formation.

This was the last lecture of Mr. Saxegaard in the course “Human Resources Management” in this semester. Cooperation with foreign lecturer will continue in the 2nd semester of academic year 2014-15.
