Participation in the round table “Students’ rights. Protection from bullying ”by PUET student ombudsman Vasyl Karmanenko

The round table “Students’ rights. Protection against bullying ”was attended by a representative of our university, Ph.D., director of the student ombudsman’s office Vasyl Karmanenko.

Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, human rights organizations, the administration of higher education institutions and students were also invited to participate in the event.

The initiated series of professional discussions on the protection of rights in higher education began with a discussion on the protection of students’ rights in cases of bullying.

We jointly discussed how the management of a higher education institution reacts to the violation of the rights of participants in the educational process.

We are grateful for the high appreciation of the university’s work in the field of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of students.
