PUET expands the opportunities of international internships in Turkey

Poltava University of Economics and Trade is constantly working on expanding partnerships, boundaries and opportunities for students to organize international internships.

So the delegation of PUET took part in the weekly infotour on the five-star luxury hotels of the Antalya region of the Turkish Republic, which was held from 7 to 13 October 2018. About fifteen universities from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Moldova have become participants in the infotour.

During the tour, the delegates had an opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the Barut Hotels Group, TUI Group Hotels, Robinson Group Hotels and Magic Life Group Hotels, as well as their offerings for student recruitment, working conditions and accommodation for them.  A meeting with the the chairman of the High Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors of the Mediterranean Tourist Association of Hotels of the Republic of Turkey was also significant.

As a result of meetings and negotiations, the main terms of cooperation between Poltava University of Economics and Trade and Güney İş Human Resources Consulting Education Tourism Services LLP were defined.

The rector of PUET expressed his hope for mutually beneficial cooperation with new partners in the future, which will contribute to the strengthening of Ukrainian-Turkish relations in the field of hotel and restaurant and tourism business.
