Students’ dedication 2020

The large family of Poltava University of Economics and Trade has grown significantly today, as it was joined by this year’s entrants. A dedication ceremony for students was held together with faculty and staff of the university, mentors and famous graduates, sincere friends and reliable partners in a festive atmosphere.

Despite the country’s quarantine and efforts to adapt traditions to modern requirements, the event organizers took care of student safety and, thanks to the university’s long-term cooperation with Vorskla football team, held the event at the Oleksiy Butovsky Vorskla Stadium.

Rector of the University, Professor, Ph.D. N. Oleksiy Nestulya and General Director of Vorskla football team Oleh Lysak made a welcoming speech.

The directors of the institutes addressed the audience with sincere warm words.

The culmination of the event was the presentation of freshmen symbols of education at the university – a record book and a student card. Later, the words of the Oath of the PUET student were heard.
