Teachers of PUT conducted training on the implementation of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Control Point) system for producers of the Sumy regional consumer society

On February 15-16, the training of producers of the Sumy regional consumer society on the implementation of a food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP.

During the training, Dean of the Faculty of Commodity Studies, Trade and Marketing Alina Tkachenko and lecturer at the School of HACCP at Poltava University of Economics and Trade Natalia Katerhenchuk considered important practical aspects of programming-prerequisites for the implementation of the safety management system and the creation of a HACCP plan for enterprises of the consumer co-operation system.
