The University held a solemn celebration of Republic of Azerbaijan National Flag Day

In the lobby of PUET the celebrations in honor of Azerbaijan National Flag were held. Azerbaijani students were congratulated by the Rector on scientific and pedagogical work Manzhura O.V. In return Azerbaijani students continued greetings, telling about the history and symbolism of the flag. An amazing performance of song about Azerbaijan by I.V. Pakhomova was a very cordial greeting! Students were listening attentively to every word and applaused, singing in their native language, and then – recited poems about their country. University Hall was illuminated by smiles, sincere emotions, memories, vivid and energetic dancing!

Azerbaijan can be talked about and remembered for ages, so nostalgia for the homeland continued in a more intimate setting with a cup of hot tea and a warm conversation.
