Training “Hazard analysis and critical control points: middle level” was held in PUET

PUET continues to work on trainings within the “HACCP School”. So, on July 13-14, the training “Nazard analysis and critical control points: medium level” took place. Representatives of the Ukrgazprombud, Ukrtransgas and the restaurant “Magnat” took part in the training. This time, 12 steps and 7 principles of the HACCP system were studied in detail, in particular, they devoted considerable attention to the description of products and raw materials, the compilation of the flowchart of the technological process, the analysis of hazardous factors and the establishment of critical control points. The training participants also worked on documents that require the implementation of the HACCP safety control system.
