We are implementing the project “European experience in implementing a food safety management system (HACCP)”

The coordinator of the project “European experience in implementing a food safety management system (HACCP), director of the Institute of Business and Modern Technologies Alina Tkachenko and director of the International Research and Education Center Yulia Pereguda took part in the first meeting of the Jean Monnet 2020 project for winners.

Due to the situation caused by COVID-19, the meeting took place online. It was attended by project coordinators in this area from around the world.

Jose Lorenzo Valles, representative of the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture spoke at the meeting. He said that 1447 eligible applications had been received this year, and 360 had received funding.

The main purpose of the event is to acquaint the representatives of the teams with the peculiarities of Jean Monnet’s projects, to provide consultations on current issues and to establish cooperation with the coordinators.

During the meeting, the following issues were covered: key aspects of grant management, clarification of the grant agreement, work with annexes to the agreement, electronic reporting, visualization commitments, grant reduction (fines), activities in the conditions of Covid19, dissemination of results on the platform of results of projects of the European Union, information on successful practices, etc.

In the second half of the meeting, participants worked in 7 parallel virtual sessions, where practical cases on grant management were demonstrated, as well as answers to questions were obtained.
