Workshop “Conflict management”

With the assistance of the Department of Economic Development, Trade and Investment Promotion of the Poltava Regional State Administration in the Higher Educational Institution “Poltava University of Economics and Trade”, on June 5, 2018, was conducted a seminar-training “Conflict Management” (trainer – associate professor of the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics of the Higher Educational the institution of the “Poltava University of Economics and Trade”, the associate professor Delia O. V.).

The event was attended by entrepreneurs, students, academics who want to start their own business or are looking for ideas and opportunities for building a successful small or medium business.

The purpose of the training seminar is to structure knowledge about conflict as an integral part of social practice, its main characteristics for the diagnosis of conflicts; the formation of deployed and systemic ideas about the conflict management process, tools for preventing and preventing conflicts; methods of conflict resolution; motivation of participants to practical application of the received knowledge and experience in daily and professional activity.

The meeting began with the acquaintance and presentation of the participants. Then in the educational-game form teams performed tasks.

All participants received certificates.
