Організація On the Wings of Art оголосив набір учасників на тренінг в сонячній Португалії “Digital Enterprise Through Empathy (DIGETEM)”. Учасники візьмуть участь у заходах, які зосереджуються на цифровому підприємництві та емпатії, і всі вони допоможуть їм пов’язати, як емпатія безпосередньо пов’язана з їхнім цифровим розвитком.
Хто може подати заявку: молодіжні лідери, тренери, вихователі, молодіжні працівники віком від 18+ з хорошим знанням англійської мови.

What: “Digital Empathy” consists of seminars and workshops designed to teach participants that digital transformation can only be achieved through humanitarian values. Participants will engage in exercises and activities that focus on digital enterprise and empathy, all of which will help them associate how empathy is directly related with their digital development.
Main concepts of the activity:
∙ Digital Enterprise;
∙ Go digital through humanitarian values;
∙ Empathy and Customer service (how empathy helps you develop your enterprise by identifying the needs of the consumers/ customers).
Aims of the project:
– To foster empathy;
– To eliminate discrimination;
– To provide practical tools and to broaden participants’ digital skills and knowledge in order to improve volunteer management, online activism, and online communication;
– To strengthen the potential of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to better meet the contemporary needs of young people through the integration of technology and digital tools into youth work;
– To gain emotional awareness of discrimination;
– To develop mathematical competences through innovation;
– To develop literacy competences;
– To develop responsibility.
When: 13th to 20th of July 2023 (including travel days).
Where: Porto, Portugal.
Who can apply: youth leaders, trainers, educators, youth workers aged 18+.
Participating countries: Cyprus, Portugal, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Armenia, Lithuania, Georgia.
How much: the project is financed by Erasmus+ program. Travel reimbursement is 275 euro. You can travel from Ukraine or from any European country.
