• Приватне право в Україні: загальнотеоретичні та історичні аспекти.
• Розвиток приватного права в сучасній Україні: галузевий (цивілістичний) ракурс.
• Взаємодія та взаємопроникнення приватного та публічного права. Публічно-приватне партнерство.
• Вивчення (викладання) приватного права у закладах вищої освіти України.

We invite you to participate in the work of the 15th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Traditions and innovations in the development of private law in Ukraine: educational dimension” (with online participation), which will be held at the Poltava University of Economics and Trade on June 5, 2026.

Working languages of the conference: Ukrainian, English.

Thematic areas of the conference:

• Private law in Ukraine: general theoretical and historical aspects.
• Development of private law in modern Ukraine: sectoral (civil) perspective.
• Interaction and interpenetration of private and public law. Public-private partnership.
• Study (teaching) of private law in higher education institutions of Ukraine.

To participate in the conference, you must, by May 31, 2026 (inclusive):
